THIS WAS SO GOOD!!!! My post work out meal today was yoso almond cashew yogurt in half a honeydew melon. It was so refreshing and unbelievably creamy. @enjoyyoso yogurt is definitely my go to vegan yogurt. It's always so creamy and has a great flavour!! *

Happy Friday Friends! Sitting here on MY day where I get to work on my blog and do things for myself I don't always have time for during the week (I have an amazing partner that makes it happen for me every week Thank you @barbell.dadbod )
But to keep it real with you, I'm honestly not really feeling motivated to work on my blog today, and I'm having one of those days where I'm actually questioning why I'm doing this, does it matter? Does anyone really care? ..
And then I look at this bowl that I got excited thinking up, prepping and putting together and I realize it doesn't have to matter today
I love this shit! And it's a part of the creative process and all have our moments when we are feeling less than motivated and if you truely love and enjoy what you do that's all that matters
