Been a busy over here in these parts + yes those are most definitely bees on my shirt. Since it’s almost Friday, the sun is shining + the weekend is near, I thought I’d -line into a little intro + some real talk. Ok ok, I’ll stop with the puns.
I’m Eryn, a Photographer based in Windsor Canada who LOVES to travel to photograph weddings, engagements, bloggers, businesses + organizations of all kinds! I’m happy the gram has helped people realize how impactful + important beautiful visuals can be in both telling + chronicling your story.
If you’re looking for said beautiful visuals of yourself, your boo, you + your boo, for your business or your blog, you’ve come to the right place my friend! I’m here to help you feel confident + see yourself in the best light, so that in turn everyone else can see that sparkle!
Do I wear glasses no? Do I want to wear them? YES! Is that weird? So much so that I faked my own eye exam failure back in elementary school, just so I could don a pair. Picture 1989, purple rimmed frames + rose tinted lenses. Thankfully there is no photo evidence, but I assure you it was très real there for a week.
While the glasses pictured here may belong to @rcitystyle, the idea of rose tinted glasses, in a realistic manner, has been popping up in my life years later. Trying to see the best in people, viewing life with a rosy retrospection + sense of optimism, even in the most challenging of times.
It’s a work in progress. 24/7 rosy when you are your own boss, + entirely responsible for everything in your career is unrealistic. The lists pile up, the workload gets heavier + the only person to help you climb out afloat is YOU. Although I wouldn’t trade it, it’s a lot of pressure. Sometimes you feel like “I got this” + sometimes you’re like “pass the wine”.
While it may not be easy, the obstacles have taught this wide-eyed gal some lessons in life + in business, all part of the ebb + flow that is personal growth! To all the #girlbosses out there, you can borrow my rose tinted lenses, but Ima need ‘em back. Remember it’s ok to share the downs with the ups, even baby steps are steps, + if all else fails there's rosé
