I get it, my gratitude videos are featuring a lot... of comfy clothes. It’s very easy to say there is no time. No space. No place for our movement. And in times of stress that may be a partial truth. But I’d say that isn’t entirely true...we just need to adapt to the spaces available to us...and use the time we can carve without judgement on it’s quality and length. As the sun beautifully sets here, I drop down into my hips to activate, to clear, to embody. New energies are coming in this month, it should feel drastically different to the past month (and gratefully so). Make sure you take some time with your pelvis (and feet) this week 🍑, the primal place where we get energy from the earth, where were embody our power, and where we express and release, feel creational (and HOLD). . Don’t worry about what it looks like, as the inner dance is more activating through repetition and that doesn’t need to look a certain way (although I didn’t post that example for you here, I’m sorry.) .

Share your movement and authentic words with us, we want to know what you are thankful for right now, this month, this year, or looking forward. This is the dance to really let go of what you are producing externally. Prioritize the intention to connect with that which you can reflect on in the present. Feel this deeply, even if you don’t move much. .
This was an immersive year for us, including many long form events that grew both our community, and our content (which constantly evolves.) Feeling grateful for the space held, the people, the connections. Not quite sure what to do with your hands or arms? Begin by simplifying and getting curious, cease to find the small stuff boring, uninteresting, unconscious, or not enough. . Let your hands take a journey. Explore unknown pathways. Let it be awkward. Swirl. Draw circles, curves, and lines. Breathe and see how the lungs can initiate an impulse. Stand in one place so you don’t have to layer too much. Hear the music. When reaching out feels too big, touch your body. Trace. Drag. Come back to breathing. Sustain and shape and feel into it, what expression does it hold? Resonate with it. .
Rinse. Repeat. Discipline yourself to work on what is small, and it won’t continue to remain unconscious when more is happening, later. .
