Decided to try my temporary apt's gym this morning for a quick shoulder workout then ended with a run in the neighborhood.
.
Maybe I'm just spoiled but there was like NOTHING in here πŸ™„. It served its purpose today since I made it work with just the dumbbells but any other focused workout would have called for some serious creativity. Has anyone been to an apartment complex that actually had a somewhat quality gym??? #gymbougie πŸ˜–

First run in about 2 weeks and it felt great! I love how resilient the body is...I just knew I would be gassed early on but it was like riding a bike. Looking forward to a few more early morning runs this week πŸ’•

This morning's shoulder workout brought to you by a solid night of sleep and a ridiculous tan. 6hrs laid out at the pool had me looking toasty and sleeping like a baby πŸ˜†πŸ˜†. Finished with a one mile run on the track πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ... Looking forward to this week and maintaining consistent progress!! πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
