18.3 - UNBROKEN

Part A: reps must be completed unbroken, for example when you pick up the bar for the round of 7's you can't put it down until all 7 front squats or completed. You can then put it down or move onto the 7STOH, which again must be completed unbroken.
.
Breaks are classed as dropping the bar or removing hands from it.
You can rest the bar on shoulders as long as hands remain in contact.
.
If you're mid way through a set when the time cap hits those reps count as long as you didn't drop the bar.
.
Part B: minimum weight increments of 1kg.
