To anyone who’s been thinking about joining the challenge who’s worried it may not fit with your lifestyle or dietary needs, we want you to know you can always #beyourownfitgirl! Our meal plans don’t cut out any food group, but the recipes can be modified to fit your needs! We have vegetarian, vegan, keto, and gluten-free Fit Girls! We have breastfeeding and expectant mothers🤰 We have women who suffer from PCOS & other hormonal disorders. We have women of all ages at all different levels from all sorts of backgrounds ALL over the freaking world. And it’s amazing. . If you have questions about modifying the meal plan for health reasons talk to your doctor and adjust accordingly. For simple substitutions you can follow the chart included within each of our meal plans. It’s very easy to work with and the recipes have been great hits within the Fit Girl Community and beyond! Due tonight! 🎉 👉 Go to @fitgirls.com/submit to submit your progress photo collages. Final photos for the #iactuallycan group challenge are due tonight, March 18th by 11:59PM PST! . WHAT WE LOOK FOR ... ✔️Use 2-frame collages with @ yourinstaname @fitgirlsguide and the dates. ✔️You must also submit your before photo holding your “I Actually Can“ sign to qualify. Crop your body the same size on each side of the 2-frame collage and stand the same distance from the camera. Pose in the SAME positions as your before pictures your legs the SAME distance apart wearing the SAME outfit as your before pic (or as close as possible). Please do not suck in, shrug your shoulders up, tilt your butt back, or pull your shorts/pants up higher than they were in the before pics. ✔️ If you've done multiple rounds, also submit 2-frame collages of your overall progress! . PS: 💗🚨 Lets all take a little extra time to show some love to other Fit Girls who have already posted their progress photos in the #iactuallycan hashtag!
