This resonated with me on a lot of levels. The toxic people we complain about, the negative situations, the bad eating cycles we fall into, yep, notice the pattern... So, a lot of times that's us allowing the negative energy in, it's our learned behavior. So, we have to break the cycle. You and I are charged with discovering the HOW? and replacing it with healthier patterns. Don't keep getting stuck! I'm taking it one day at a time, some days one hour at a time. Today is good day.
