Having a BAD gym day but I'm trying to stay positive and think that even my WORST day is still my BEST day!
-> I used to hate arm day, in fact I used to skip it all together --> I thought my arms were too big and fat. A lot of people (girls) think that if they lift weights they'll get bigger not smaller arms. It just all depends on how you lift and eat... (Lord knows I still eat cookies, chips and icecream almost everyday.)
---> However, even on my bloated, sore, tired gym day they're still leaner and I am still stronger than 10 months ago.

Really wanted kimchi Jjigae but 1) I just went grocery shopping 2) I'm a broke college student 3) I'm trying to get ready for summer
So I mixed together chicken, soy beans, kimchi, zucchini noodles, egg white, rice and fish cake.

First time trying all of these ->The cookie was my favorite. I'd definitely buy again! It was soft and chocolatey. Did not have that proteiny taste and made you forget it was a protein cookie. --> peanut butter cup was #2. I liked it but it was a bit dry. ----> The rice crispy treat was #3. It kinda had a proteiny after taste and was a bit harder than I would have thought. ~ I haven't tried the protein powders yet.
