I dream of the day where hands will be off the floor.
For now I’m pretty happy about this shift of hands. This is how high my legs can be off the floor right now.
I tried transitioning from a low #dancerspose to #halfmoon but my flipped grip didn't really manage to stay consistent. #Natarajasana
Goals is to square that bent leg. Hum.Lol
Not really sure what happened with my lens that day but the outer blurry effect was not intentional & in the end, I am not mad about it

I haven't been able to split like I want to in #HalfMoonPose by myself yet and after seeing the result of a hold, I'm going to practice it more with a wall in the future practices.

I have mad love for backbends but balancing in Scorpion isn't happening for me unless I am wall assisted, at least for now but I haven't been consistent on this practice.
Trying this on hand instead of forearm for the first time & I felt oddly enough more stable like that.
