I could eat pasta every single day
Since I was low on fat, I added a bit of cheese
I used to eat so much cheese when I was a kid
Still eat it at every opportunity that I get
Pasta pesto, chicken and cheese
Slowly but surely getting there again

Currently also doing 3 sessions of cardio per week
A lot of stress for my legs, but they’re handling it well!

I noticed I was low on fat throughout the day, so I decided to add cocktail sausages to the mix

Preparing egg white muffins every single morning
Nah just kidding, this is what it looks like when you put egg whites in the microwave
Super convenient, tastes just the same and you don’t need to use fat like you would need to in a pan!
