Currently the heaviest and strongest I have ever been
A lot of us shy away from them because you need to deep fry them
However, when you put them in the oven you don’t need to use any additional fat
Combine it with rice, cumcumber and tomatoes and you get a meal that you could even fit in a cut
A staple in my diet
You can eat it with pretty much anything
Since I’m still bulking I like to add a vinaigrette to my salad
A low fat one, obviously
