First week of 2018’s cut is in the books

When I’m cutting I tend to start doing these again
Burning out with a body weight exercise always feels nice
Yesterday was my last cheat day
So you know I had to make it a good one

No cheat days in the coming months

Or the end of my bulk, whatever you want
Time to get shredded again
Probably my heaviest lift in 2018
210kg (462 lbs) for a double
If I can hang onto this strength during my cut, I’ll be a happy man

My cut starts next Monday
So my weekends have pretty much turned into cheat weekends
Oh well, after next weekend I won’t have any cheat meals for the coming 3 months
So I can better enjoy myself

Benefits of wearing a cutoff T:

hides the fact you’re becoming chubby due to your bulk

Just as with any other exercise, try to make it harder over time
Your only focus shouldn’t be to do these for an extended amount of time
If you keep that going, you’ll be planking for a couple of hours in a couple of years
Add weight and do it for longer than 3 minutes... there’s just no point to it
When it comes to meat, most tend to lean towards chicken
But did you know that the fat count on turkey filets is actually lower?
It won’t make a huge difference, but every macro counts
