The @kittenxlady and @iamthecatphotographer are such an inspiration to me, and I have been wanting to foster for many months. My friend scooped Bruce Wayne off a busy street, and said he needed someone to take him, so I took that as an opportunity. BW even looks like one of Kitten Lady’s current fosters, Badger 😂. Anyone can foster a kitten or puppy in need, even if you work a full-time job (like me). It’s up to us humans to help out animals in need. Save a life!⠀

Sometimes, I just want a simple breakfast. Over easy eggs are my go to when I’m not in a rush, and I try to include a cup of greens as well. Many people start their mornings with an overload of sugar or carbs but this can actually cause your blood sugar to spike, and leave with you less energy. Eating a balanced breakfast with PROTEIN will keep you filling full until lunchtime. If your go-to breakfast is yogurt or oatmeal, try to include eggs, smoked salmon, or chia seed pudding in addition for that added protein (make hard-boiled eggs the night before if you know you’ll be on the go!). Tennessee, Tennessee, there ain’t no place I’d rather be 🌳🍃 This is one of my fave little spots, located way past the baseball fields and off the beaten path (literally went off the trail to find the perfect spot). Great spot to hike, nature center for the kids, or use one of their many lots to work out!

An easyyyyyy dinner is such a great thing when you’re always on the go. I feel like I’m always on the run and cooking something I can throw in the oven gives me an opportunity to get other chores done.
Roasted Pan Sheet Meal with Sausage Chicken is SUPER EASY. Roast veggies and meat with olive oil and lemon juice on 350 F for 40 minutes, flipping veggies half way thru. I’ll type up a recipe soon 💓🌳

Mayo. One one of the world's most beloved condiments - but, not one of the healthiest. That is until Just For All released it's very own "Just Mayo," only a few years ago. A company that started out as a father and son sleeping on cots in Birmingham, Alabama is now one of the biggest competitors to industry big names'.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So, what makes Just Mayo healthier than Hellman's? Well, it's made from plant-based protein (peas) instead of eggs for starters. Canola oil is used in JM versus Hellman's soybean oil (ew!). JM has less fat, less calories, and still all the taste, plus it's affordable unlike many of its organic/vegan/healthyish brothers and sisters.

I've been eating Just For All products for a bout a year now, and I love them all. You can find them easily at Whole Foods AND Wal-mart, not to mention most other grocery stores. MY other favorite varieties are their Caesar dressing, and Chipotle Mayo (I use it as a substistute for Yum-Yum sauce!). Give them a try!

Yes, we all love Chinese take-out. Yes, most of like fried rice. But when it boils down to the nutritional info of traditional fried rice take-out it’s not so good for us. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Cauliflower rice does not partially taste like regular rice. That being said, you can get a pretty similar taste, but the secret is in the oil. SESAME OIL is THE only way to obtain that authentic fried rice taste. You MUST use it to experience the take-out copycat flavor. It tastes so similar, it’s ungodly. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you’re perhaps cutting calories, watching your carb intake, or just eating clean overall, cauli rice is a much better alternative to regular starchy rice. Plus, you’re getting half a days’ dose of #VitaminC! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Many prefer to use fresh cauli rice, but I like the convenience and cost efficiency of the frozen cauliflower medley from @greengiant. It already contains the pre-cut cauliflower (I hate chopping🙄), carrots, and peas, so all you have to add is sesame oil, a scrambled egg, and coconut aminos (or soy sauce).
