#myspoonielife2018#photoaday 172/365 #tbt to when I was on holiday a few weeks ago and we were on our way back to Gloucestershire from the Hay Festival in Wales. Long car ride but great fun.
I'm posting this because this is the only trip I will get on in a long time... It might even be my last one ever
Had to tell my mum today, that I'm in no way well enough nor will get well enough to go on a trip in September. It broke my heart completely, bc I know how much she's been looking forward to it, especially after the travel company cancelled our trip last year.
#myspoonielife2018#photoaday 167/365 This is all I've done today... As in prepping something healthy for tea.
Made the potato salad this morning (yup.. it's home made from scratch) and it's so yummy. Prepped the salad few hours ago and then I just had to cook the chicken breast. Tea done.
#myspoonielife2018#photoaday 166/365 I've been home for a week now and I'm still sick after my trip.
Today's been really bad, overdid it this morning by doing a tiny bit of laundry, tidying my kitchen and taking a shower. Too much. Even with tiny breaks inbetween. Way too much.
Even after an entire afternoon of rest, I'm sobbing from exhaustion - hence the very puffy eyes on my ugly picture. The fatigue is excruciating, my body hurts and as much as I want to sleep, I just can't.
#myspoonielife2018#photoaday 165/365 That feeling when you finally manage to go down the stairs and pick up your mail - for the first time since you arrived home a week ago - and find a 'Welcome Home'-card from a lovely friend
