Fitness is all about the ⬆️s and ⬇️s. Started packin on weight in Sept. while hiding behind excuses of how this was just how it was gonna be now that I’m in grad school, but when I hit the 15lb gain mark I knew that wasn’t me. Two weeks back on the old diet, down 11lbs, and more importantly I’m feeling like myself again for the first time in monthsπŸ™πŸΌ S/O to the people who stay backing and pushing me every day, that support plays a larger roll for me than you knowπŸ’―πŸ’ͺ🏼 #fitness #fitfam #motivation
