The results of our experiences sometimes make us develop defense mechanisms. These mechanisms sometimes make us think about what to do, or how we should act, or simply not act. No one is perfect, and nobody is the same. Life does not give time for oneself to prepare for the things that come, for the simple fact that one does not know when and how it comes. The experience is born when we take the good and the bad that has happened in our lives and we learn in such a way that we do not add bad things, nor subtract good things inside of us.
