Someone asked me a few nights ago if i was shooting film. He lost interest as soon as he found out i was just using a regular mirrorless camera 🙃 still looking for a 35mm rangefinder camera. Most likely gonna pick one up before the summer 🌲 🌲
Saw @the_reflectors tonight in long beach at @theprospectorlbc . Took a few photos of the show and you can expect to see a few of the photos in my story sometime this week.
Back to your new favorite location, #sunsetcliffs, in #sandiego :) It can be tough sometimes when trying to find a place to set up with good composition. I’ll usually walk around and take a few photos at different locations with different focal lengths before finding a place to settle. This wasn’t the place we settled at to watch the sunset, but it was one of the many pics i took. After going through and editing, this was one of my favorites that i decided would go on here. Crazy how SoCal can have insanely warm winters :3 (December 2018 with @tropfrenchy) 🌲 🌲
This has been a pretty great week. Just that much closer to being with @tropfrenchy again. Going back to when i took this photo: i snapped a few pics of them prior (will post later). But as i started taking pics of the landscape, they started running past. I decided to just take a few more photos as they ran through. Loaded it onto my pc and felt so glad i took them.. there’s so much that goes on in san diego. Cant wait to take her again! 🌲 🌲
Caught a quick shot of this couple at a beach in San Diego. No, I’m not currently there. I just have tons of photos i still have to post! Every time i go through my photos, i think of when @tropfrenchy was still here. Can’t wait to go on adventures again! 🌲 🌲
Our stop at Sunset Cliffs in San Diego was pretty cool. Got there early (always gotta make sure i find a good parking spot). Walked half a mile or so to this spot from where we parked. Saw a bunch of people make their way to set up to watch the sunset after taking this photo, surfers trying to make their way into the ocean and avoiding some harsh crushing waves. 🌲 🌲
One of the cool things about our #sandiego trip was watching the surfers run towards the water. Only brought my wide angle lens so I guess i was somewhat limited but still got some pretty good shots. Next time, I’ll bring my telephoto.
@tropfrenchy and I stopped by Laguna in December and I spent some time trying to capture the perfect wave crashing against the rocks (ended up with like 20 that I can’t choose from). It was fun but walked away with my vans full of water and sand and my joggers drenched and smelling of the ocean. It was a fun day. I remember looking at Marine as soon as the water unexpectedly swept up my legs and thighs. 🙃 🌲 🌲
