Quinoa, red peppers, serrano peppers, avocado and hummus seasoned with ginger, onion powder, sea salt, cayenne pepper and sesame oil wrapped in nori sheets. Day twelve of the #myaplanet9#vegan challenge and I attempted to make some sort of "sushi." I'm still working on presentation. Put quinoa, avocado, and red pepper in nori sheets with sesame oil, onion powder and sea salt. Put a little serrano pepper in one roll. Pic 2: chickpea and quinoa pancakes.
