I finished this 30 day program yesterday. I felt strong, fierce and awesome!! Kickboxing and MMA aspects were awesome and I’m glad I’m did it!! I am ready to add some weights into the mix!!

So I know that I have come a long ways since I started this back in November but sometimes the scale isn’t the best judge. I decided to look up my waist measurements when I started and come to what I am now. .
My waist measurement in November was 37.5 (And that’s where my figures are holding). Compare that to today’s reading of 31.5!! I have lost 6 inches in just my waist!! I am seriously stunned. .
These kind of checkins help remind me that I am moving in the right direction!! Seriously so happy!!

I have worked hard. I had made huge progress but I’m still on my journey. My stomach is soft, I have stretch marks and I feel so much more comfortable in high waisted clothes. .
But I am proud of both of these pictures!!
Ummm... do you see what I see?? Side obliques?? Maybe it’s just the angle but I’ll take this as a NSV!! Things are tightening up and I couldn’t be happier!! Plus these high waisted tights from @she.can.spokane are my favorite EVER!! .

So many pushups today, but I made myself do as many as I could on my toes before modifying... and you know what?? I did so many more on my toes than I thought!! I’ve gotten so much stronger and more confident in my abilities!! .

So for a long time I didn’t eat breakfast, I would fast from 9PM till 1 or 2 the next day. The reason that I started this was I wanted to eat BIG meals.
I had some stomach issues recently and stopped intermittent fasting. I decided to have my shake on my way to work. That’s was about 3 weeks ago and I have felt so good!! I’m not hungry when it’s time to eat lunch like I was on IF. The pre and probiotics have seriously helped my gut health and I don’t feel bloated or puffy!! I know I’m getting all of my micronutrients for the day plus it’s an awesome source of protein!! .
How do you start you day? A big old coffee filled with sugar and cream? What about a bowl of cereal that makes you hungry a hour later? Why not put something in your body that will fuel it for the day and make you feel great!! Drop a food emoji below and we can chat!! 🥦
I didn’t want to workout. I wanted to just watch tv and veg but I put on my tennis shoes and put my hair up and got it done!!

My salad is spinach, turkey lunch meat, feta cheese, strawberries, walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette!! So yummy and still getting in all the good food!!
