Music and fitness are the two outlets in my life where I can feel powerful, and vulnerable all at once. They challenge me. They inspire me. They heal me. The sense of ambition and accomplishment I feel after a solid workout, or a successful practice, is both so therapeutic and rewarding- these are the things I choose to make time for. Life, at times, will present us with incredibly difficult moments, so it helps to have ways in which remind us to reground ourselves, enjoy life, and take care.
