-on day one the weak version of you walks into a gym and signs up...usually bc of a lack of love and care for self...that day one you goes to work...and after the consistency registers in your brain and results come you realize how much you can say you love who you were on day one...the fresh feeling of the first time you got sore, threw up, bailed out on a set, or sweat so much the stair master looked like it worked up a sweat too....all of these things show you how strong you were to even begin...consistency determines if you will be remembered for being an inspiration or forgotten for not becoming who you envisioned on day one...
Thoughts are a great servant, but a terrible master...
-become fueled by action and not paralyzed by thoughts that just consume time and space...
