With technology becoming so integrated into our lives, MINDSET is now a huge focus moving forward. To be able to put your phone down, turn your tv off and close your laptop has now turned into a celebrated achievement. We should all be able to take some time to just enjoy our own company. The best way to do this is to stretch for 15 minutes or go for a walk. The way I "switch off" is visit my grandparents. They have no mobile, no computers and no internet at their house. I leave my phone in the car, have a coffee, biscuit, feed the chickens and play with the kitten... its actually my favourite part of the day!
Can’t go wrong with a pasta and veggie soup!! This is also a great way to get your pasta in!! Add some pieces to your soup and it will keep your fuller for longer and give you the energy you need to finish off your day!

LEGS AND ABS!! So this is a great way to break up your leg workouts if you feel like you can’t do one leg exercise after the other! In this video I’m using a step and a mat, that’s all you need! It’s all good and well to have goals for yourself to be healthy, have good skin and be super fit... but think about how you feel about yourself internally. Are you proud of yourself? Are you celebrating your achievements? Are you happy and do you encourage yourself to keep going? Health is not just about looking great, it’s about feeling amazing too.

“What is your skin care routine?” I want to start of by saying ladies, what works for me, works for me and may not work for you because everyones skin is different. My skin is VERY oily. I don’t really get “wrinkles” (for now) and I do occasionally break out!
My best advice to you and some things that I do are; ALWAYS double cleanse (clean your skin TWICE) Morning AND night, use a moisturiser or hydrating serum. ALWAYS use an eye cream. Exfoliate 1-2 times per week (lightly). I DO NOT use peels every week (I find every month is enough). If you don’t HAVE TO wear makeup, don’t. If you do wear make up, always take your makeup off PROPERLY before bed. I use an oil cleanser followed by face halo pads! I also change my pillow case 2-3 times per week!
I take my hat off to all the ladies who make home made sushi... its very fiddly!! (but so worth it) FRESH sushi is one of my all time favourite lunches. There is a place in LA called sugafish and it has the most beautiful sushi, the rice comes out warm!!
