After 1 year of rehab I decided to join #thekaylamovement starting Jan 2016. It's been a long journey and many times I wanted to give up. I have to modify many of the circuits for em to suit me.

Having a lazy day today! I'm going to do a slow 30 minute walk, stretch and relax!! We all need these sorts of days where we take a few hours to ourselves to rest, relax and recover! I have really put a lot of focus on making sure I am getting enough recovery time lately, it is super important so much sure recovery is included in your training one way or another. www.kaylaitsines.com/app

Still trying each week to beat my pull up PB (personal best). After I've warmed up my arms, I do as many I as I can before I start a training session!! Im currently up to 10 quality reps in a row :D I love working on getting stronger :D It's the best feeling when you are noticeably stronger than you were before.

I went to the chiropractor for the first time in SO long today!! Feels so good to be cracked back into place haha. I went there and said "theres nothing wrong, I just want you to crack my back and neck because I've basically been living on a plane the last month" ahah she just laughed. Also thought I would answer this for the ladies asking how I train AND travel, I take the @sweat app with me and do my BBG or BBG Stronger workouts in the hotel gyms depending on what equipment they have! I always book hotels that have gyms in them to make sure I can get my workouts in wherever I go!
