One thing I have always pride myself on is my respect - both for myself and others. I truly believe in being a good person. I don’t know if I believe in karma, but I do believe in attracting people, environments and situations depending on the type of person you are. For example, if you are a bad person, you will attract bad people, bad environments and put yourself in bad situations ...and therefore will receive what you give out to the universe. If you are a good person, no matter HOW MANY bad things happen (because bad things happen to good people and they do not deserve it - at all), you will attract good people, in good environments and place yourself in BETTER situations with the love and support of the people around you. Ladies, always ALWAYS have respect for yourself, always be the bigger person, always do the right thing by others and NEVER forget your worth and what YOU deserve. You may be in a bad place now, but if you are a good person - good things are coming to you - because you deserve it!

Quick facts about me. I eat a Mediterranean diet I workout 3-4 times a week for 28 minutes I walk for 30 minutes 5 times a week I prefer training with weights over running any day I stretch after every workout - including walking I LOVE bread and pasta I drink one Greek/Turkish coffee everyday at 9:00am I visit my grandparents everyday I also see my parents and sister everyday (we live 2 minutes from each other).
