Breakfast Bowl made with @cutdacarb flatbread. I cut out 1 round shell out of one sheet of cut da carb and saved the rest to make something else another day. I placed the flatbread in an oven safe bowl and used a small ramekin to hold it in place. (See IG story). I then baked it for only 4 minutes at 350* just to toast the flatbread a bit to hold its shape. For the filling I fried some bacon, ham, tomato, onion, and spinach and seasoned with salt, oregano powder and cumin powder. I placed some mozzarella cheese on the bottom of the cut da carb shell to keep the base stronger for the meats and eggs. After the cheese I added the meat filling and topped it all with 2 eggs and sprinkled a bit of salt to season it. I baked it for 18 minutes @ 350* and when it was done I topped it with a bit of chives. I was really wanting to make these with chicken, but I figured I would use what I have at home. I spread pesto sauce over the wrap, mozarella cheese and pepperoni 🤤. Rolled it up and fried on both sides until the cheese melted. . . . . . .
