Our Long Beach Addition & Remodel coming up on Week 10 since we started. Here’s some action footage of our flooring installers blowing through this now 1400 sf house. We can’t give enough thanks to our flooring guys for the preparation and attention to detail in prepping the subfloor to provide a solid base for the new floor. Good preparation will add years to the lifetime of a product, let alone a floor that will be stepped on billions of times!
Here’s a reminder of the services we offer! Keep us in mind over the holidays if you hear about a referral for a major home improvement project. We pride ourselves in the details, transparency and high quality interiors.
Our Long Beach Project is officially turning the final corner and coming down the home stretch! We will be painting the rest of this week. Cabinetry & countertops will be installed over the weekend and floors next week. Check out our story for more updates on this project.
From design to reality! This project was a full kitchen renovation, new flooring, landscape clean-up work and new HVAC system. The original kitchen was in decent condition but not very practical. The old cabinetry was built with shallow counters and not very accommodating to today's appliances. The new kitchen was built with custom inset cabinets, quartz countertops and beveled subway tiles with matching grout. Updated lighting and trim finished it off.
Master suite addition from the ground up! This is apart of a complete home renovation in Long Beach, CA. We started this project just over 7 weeks ago and it’s already starting to come together. We are showing the progress up until last week. To see more on this project check out our story from earlier today!
Here is a time lapse video of our taping and mudding process that was done over the weekend. This phase is one of the most satisfying stages of a project because you can finally start to see the new layout taking shape. It is also the first sign of the final stages nearing. We can’t thank our drywall crew enough for all of the meticulous work they do in matching all of the remaining plaster walls with new drywall. Stay tuned throughout the week for more updates on all of our local projects.
The last couple of days we’ve been spending time shimming all of the existing framing and walls, insulating ceiling and exterior walls. After passing all of our rough trade inspections last week and insulation inspection today, we will be hanging drywall tomorrow. Keep an eye out for updates on this project tomorrow on our story.
This Upper Newport Beach kitchen remodel went from 1980's semi-galley kitchen to a 2017 coastal modern beauty. With a new open floor plan concept and centered island, this house is ready for entertaining. Standard white shaker cabinets, Calacatta Gold Quartz countertops with water falls, and chevron backsplash to top it off.
