As of last night up about 22lbs since Thursday morning. I've peed probably 5 times Sunday and today and drank about 10L and ate a bunch of junk. On the herbal diuretic game and about to hit the sauna and hopefully I level out about 194 (10lb loss) in the next few days.
My lightheavyweight posing routine. I've had this song picked for 2 years but felt I could never do it justice and was scared of it. Finally went through with doing it and ending up missing that front double bicep timing but oh well.
Our server at Coras has worked there for 30 years and he said he has never seen anybody eat that much. To me that is more important than any trophy. Not pictured: another waffle, 2 pieces of toast, 1 mochachino, 4 coffees
Coaching yourself is extremely difficult and is probably the hardest thing to do in this sport because it's very hard to be unbiased and willingly punish yourself even though your body is screaming for you to take it easy on yourself. Everyone that selfcoaches needs a set of eyes in the background and @sylvainjacquard has been that for me for the past 2 years. I basically tell him everything I do whether he likes it or not, and tells me if I'm dumb or not. The difference in this prep is that he was the controlling vote in refeeds/cheats, and he always voted no, so I didn't cheat/refeed for 6 weeks.
I'd also like to thank @leblanh for hosting another amazing show and it's really nice to see the direction you're taking the CPA/IFBB in Atlantic Canada and the growth in our sport that is happening because of you.
Anyways, I won't be competing again until I'm at the top end of lightheavyweight, there's no timeline. However that means that I will no longer play in Classic Physique, and only bodybuilding. I'm gonna take the next forever to focus on my marriage, my business/clients, and growing my stupid legs. Also I might do some Navy stuff.
Yep so I'm pretty happy with the 3rd I got in light-heavyweight. I was pretty far gone by the night show and wasn't my best in the morning but that's because I tried to be fancy and messed it up again so that's another lesson and I'll never mess with water again. No excuses, I showed up my best yet, best posing I've had in 6 shows, and learned a shit load and blasted through my breaking point several times. I'm pretty hard on myself, I wasn't lean enough and I need to put on 10lbs of muscle in order to be undeniable in light-heavyweight. People always tell me to go easier on myself, but I'd rather it this way because nobody even got better at anything without taking every compliment with a grain of salt.
First I'd like to thank my wonderful/beautiful/amazing/etc. fiance @lanaadee for putting up with my craziness over the last while and understanding what I was going through. Sometimes I wanna smoke her with a sock full of batteries and I'm sure she has her weapon of choice too but I love her a lot and I'm really excited to marry her in two weeks and get the rest of our lives on the go.

Jackie Poole is the best athlete wrangler ever and I love that I can mostly talk to her in gifs. Took 3rd in light heavyweight bodybuilding and 4th or 5th in classic physique. Currently at Boston Pizza working on my rapid postshow rebound and dadbod. Thanks to everyone for all their messages, gonna take a break from my phone for the rest of the night

Some pics from this morning... Ending up weighing in at 187, cut water, woke up and looked terrible so I reintroduced water and now I'm decent but not as good as other days this week but oh well. Morning show is done. Hanging out at Boston Pizza with a burger and then heading out to the night show.
