Finally starting to settle in back home it's been a crazy couple of days and it feels better than ever to finally get back into my normal routine!

What’s the secret to get a big booty??? There isn’t one! So many people ask me how they achieve perky glutes and thick thighs in the fast way possible and the truth is there is no short cut (unless you wanna.) .
You need to be lifting HEAVY weights at least 3-4 times a week and EATING in a caloric surplus. It’s taken me a year and half to get to where I am currently and I’m still nowhere near where I envision myself to be, physically! Learn to love and enjoy the process and results WILL come... in due time. It’s easy to get discouraged but just remember you’re a boss ass bitch & you got this #Bethebestyou

On another note, I’ve been doing lots of journaling the last couple of months to help me overcome some rough patches. Its my favourite gateway to express myself and I came up with a list of 5 rules to a happier life and it’s helped me beyond words:
1. Love yourself
2. Do good & eat good
3. Always forgive
4. Harm no one ♀️

I leave for London in 3 days and I’m beyond excited🤟🏽 feeling super sick at the moment though and haven’t really been able to make it to the gym. I was beating myself up about it but realized that health comes first it’s so important to listen to your body as it knows best! I was scared I would lose my gains but that only begins to happen after 2 weeks of no training at all and even then, you won’t lose much #Selflove#Londonimcomingforyou#newbeginnings
HOW CAN I GET A SMALL WAIST?
I get so many DM’s from girls asking me how I get a small waist. The shape of your waist comes down to how you were born genetically. You cannot reshape your bone structure, however there are a few things you can do to alter you musculature as well as body fat to make it appear smaller:
1. Stay fairly lean, eating whole foods and keeping sugar to the bare minimum (have fructose pre or post workout if you must)
2. Do ab training/ vacuum’s a couple times a week. This will tighten your core/ waist keeping it as lean as possible. Vacuum’s are best done first thing in the morning, fasted. What is a vacuum? It’s when you suck your stomach in as much as possible and hold it for 30 seconds, for 3 sets. (I suggest)
3. A long term strategy is to thicken your legs/ glutes as well as your upper body, especially lats. Getting these body parts thicker will give you the illusion of a smaller waist. *waist trainers DO NOT give you a smaller waist, all they do is get rid of water weight which will easily come back. There is no quick fix to getting the illusion of a smaller waist. It takes consistent training and the correct type of nutrition, however it IS completely doable!!! #Bethebestyou

Ya gal getting thickk I’ve really been into circuit training lately and found that it’s helped me overcome the plateau I had hit for about 3-4 weeks! I get a lot of questions as to why I started working out and it honestly came down to the fact that I wanted a happier and better lifestyle. I wanted to see what my body is capable of and I’ve come such a long way from where I started out. It’s taken a year and half to get to where I am currently and it’s been a rollercoaster I can tell you that! Training is going so well at the moment, I’m really happy with the progress I’ve built on my upper body I used to be really insecure about how slim my arms were but putting hard work in the gym is finally starting to show #yougetwhatyouputin
From ‘skinny fat’ to fit!!! In the picture on the left, I was eating junk food daily and doing cardio 3-4 times a week and didn’t really care what I was feeding my body and it resulted in me looking and feeling horrible.
Picture on the right my diet is clean (for the most part) and nutritious. I weight train 4-5 times a week and don’t really do much cardio and I feel & look the best I ever have! In order to gain muscle you need to be eating in a caloric surplus and lifting HEAVY!!! .
Achieving the body you want takes a change in mindset and determination to change your whole lifestyle for the better. It may seem a bit overwhelming to begin with, but have an end goal in mind and planning each workout carefully makes it much easier, I find.
