:::::::: LAST LIGHTS OF POOMBARAI ::::::::
Even with this picture i would say i have not done justice to the view i saw there. We waited almost 1 hour for the sunset when the lights started to bounce back from the hills. .
I remember pictures of similar places from Bali and Vietnam but never knew we had such places in south india. Its just our mindset that the grass is always greener on the other side which is stopping us from exploring India.
20kms from Kodai and you reach Poombarai village. The village is not so welcoming because its actually a remote place and people are mostly traditional. .
Even as bachelor's we were questioned by the locals about our intentions when we visited the place. So keep your conversations short and temper low when you visit this place. .
One more sad fact i saw was the underage kids under the influence of alcohol and tobacco. .
My road is less travelled I have miles to go -Ooty place of mist and cool breeze heavenly feel on earth.
Looking frm above I seek the dark black tarred road ,making way for the vechicles to go to and fro.
Each vechicle passing by has passengers who have different story to tell.
I see my view in them.
Walking down lane saw this auto approaching ,felt to click it ,when I captured I captured the thoughts too alongwith me..every person who travels have lots of ambitions , aspirations ,dreams wit them.. some travel long ,some travel short. But reaching destination is the only aim.
This Ramdaan let's seek out to the spiritual cleansing of our souls, be kind to the ones approaching you, be a helping hand ,be in thr need ,be in there hard times, cos every person is a traveller with all ups and down, let's be a smooth road for them to move ahead.
