Things are getting spicy! As the weather gets cooler, turn up the heat with this spicy Asian pork chop dinner. Tag a friend who loves some spice 🌶.

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Tamari Sauce
2 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp Mirin
1/4 cup Sriracha
2 cloves Minced garlic
1 1/2 Tsp Grated ginger
8 oz Pork Chop (x2)
2 heads of Fennel
2 Roma Tomatoes

Whisk together and add in pork chop. Marinate for 4 hours or overnight. Save leftover marinade to reduce and use as sauce. Roast pork chops in the oven at 350* for 15-20 mins (or internal temp of 150*).

While pork chops are roasting, quarter your fennel heads and tomatoes and toss them in olive oil, salt and pepper. Put that pan in the oven with your pork chops and let roast for 10-12 minutes. They should be done about the same time and ready to plate. Pour your reduced marinade over your pork and bon appetite!
