Can you even no handed kip up? Ok @marisainda I got it! Progression: * Had to try soon as I got home from work and didn't even change. Think I scared the cat. * Maybe I should take my sweater off so I don't slip. * Maybe I should change into pants that move. * Then I got scared because I was pushing off my head and that didn't feel good on my neck. * 💡Maybe I should use a mat. Dog bed works. Much better. Just don't land on it 🤦♀️. #oops#fail * Yay! And done. Had enough.

DEATH BY V-UPS and PUSH-UPS: Saw this #durantechallenge and decided to try it and torture the kids over Thanksgiving.
Perform1 V-Up at the start of a minute then every 30 seconds, add an additional V-Up to failure. And to add a twist, we did the same with pushups. Got to 12 rounds for both. @bri_funch was doing modified pushups and tuck-ups. @i_c_flips was doing tricep pushups because he's weird and always does them that way. He was also cheating on his v-ups and not bringing his legs down. And had to start the video with B's dance. #kids 🙄. @powermonkeyfitness@davedurante
Another self form check video that I decided to post. Saw that my elbows not rotated down and depth was questionable so even though that was supposed to be my last set, had to do a few more. Swipe to see the arms rotate. I think that's right. Any professionals want to chime in? 4×10 @ 205 then another couple for practice.
