Burger chips and chocolate for lunch means a veggie curry for dinner.. using all leftovers from fridge, whacked it all in with a curry paste and Lucy Bee creamed Coconut, tin tomato and cook for 40 mins. Topped with dairy free yogurt, lime and parsley as I didn’t have any coriander

Here is our NEW Lucy Bee SOAP RANGE and we are so excited to finally be able to share it with you!
When we first started discussing this, lots of people said to us “you can’t bring out a soap that doesn’t have palm oil in, it won’t lather, it won’t work”. We heard it all. But we persevered and followed what we believed in and we can finally say that we have a range of AMAZING soaps that DO lather and they DO work. We have a fragrance free soap, an exfoliating soap with real crushed coconut shell and we have 2 more fragranced soaps created using only pure, organic essential oils.
The range is free from palm oil, preservatives, petroleum, silicones, alcohol, formaldehyde, PEGs, sulphates, SLS, artificial dyes, soy and gluten. It will be COSMOS, Vegan and Leaping Bunny approved as well as Fair Trade.
It’s going into production next month and will be ready and available on our Lucy Bee online shop from mid-September.
Tag a friend who you think will LOVE this as much as you xx
I have had a few people recently telling me that I’m their fitness inspo.. which I absolutely LOVE and thank you, but who would have thought it?!?!?! If you had told me a few years ago I would have been into the gym as much as I am and the fact I actually love going I would have laughed, the gym and me were never pals purely because I lacked confidence, so it caused all sorts of anxiety and worry of getting things wrong.
The reason for this post is that I just wanted to say that never feel demotivated or compare yourself to anyone on social media. Remember most the time you only see the good bits. When I first started PT last February 2017, I was so weak, also my posture (still working on it) and technique was awful. The first time I did deadlifts I honestly just couldn’t get it, I went home and used a small broom to practise in front of the tv and soon gave up as just couldn’t get to grips with the move. I didn’t give up, ok I might of if it wasn’t for @tjhlifestyle .
I also had times where I wanted to stop as I was working out and not seeing the physical results so felt demotivated and thought ‘what’s the point’. Now, I get times I catch myself in the mirror when working out and can’t believe it’s me in the mirror when I see muscle definition and a different body shape.
Moral of the story is, consistency is key. Nothing happens overnight, you need to keep it up to see results. Mix up your workouts, if you can get a PT to get on the right track do it, grab a friend to join in to split the cost. Everyone has to start somewhere, never ever compare yourself to anyone as you don’t know the journey they have gone on to get to where they are. Keep reminding yourself why you do it and where you want to be, be kind to yourself and do not speak to yourself negatively or give up because you don’t get it. Just talking from personal experience.
Use social media for help, to get ideas and inspo – not to compare or feel shit about yourself. If anyone makes you feel that way. Unfollow them and focus on you.
