Note: the only thing not shown is the 1 cup of coconut/almond milk that I mix with the chocolate protein powder and 2 cups iced coffee.
Meal 1) Half (1/2 not the whole cookie*) of one Lenny & Larry's complete double chocolate cookie, four egg whites, 1 cup of strawberries, 1 cup almond coconut milk and one scoop chocolate protein.
Meal 2) 1 whole young Thai coconut and 2 Chobani frozen Greek yogurt tubes.
Meal 3) 72 grams Jasmine rice, 4.5 cups market side spring mix, 2 ounces yellow sweet tomatoes, 1 Kirkland piece of cod fish & one packet of Craisins.
Meal 4) market side vegetable medley of carrots – broccoli – cauliflower, 3 ounces of grass fed beef cooked with white onions, half a cup cooked okra, 50 g fresh red bell pepper and 100 g cucumber slices.
