Kodiak pancakes never looked so good!! 😍 #EatTheRainbow
Instead of regular pancake mix I use the Kodiak high protein pancake mix (found at Costco) 1/2c dry mix with almost 1/2c water. Mix & make pancakes just like any other instant mix! Next I spread 1/2 of one single serving Greek Fage yogurt evenly over 3 pancakes. Slice up your favorite fruits and stack the layers. This beautiful plate is loaded with πŸ₯ kiwi, mango, strawberry πŸ“, blackberry & blueberries. All this for only 355 calories & 28 g proteins ! ☺️
Tip:
I microwave most of the blueberries to give me a natural syrup. πŸ˜‰

Three day meal prep:
Note: the only thing not shown is the 1 cup of coconut/almond milk that I mix with the chocolate protein powder and 2 cups iced coffee.
Meal 1) Half (1/2 not the whole cookie*) of one Lenny & Larry's complete double chocolate cookie, four egg whites, 1 cup of strawberries, 1 cup almond coconut milk and one scoop chocolate protein.
Meal 2) 1 whole young Thai coconut and 2 Chobani frozen Greek yogurt tubes.

Meal 3) 72 grams Jasmine rice, 4.5 cups market side spring mix, 2 ounces yellow sweet tomatoes, 1 Kirkland piece of cod fish & one packet of Craisins.
Meal 4) market side vegetable medley of carrots – broccoli – cauliflower, 3 ounces of grass fed beef cooked with white onions, half a cup cooked okra, 50 g fresh red bell pepper and 100 g cucumber slices.

Meal 5) 1/4 cup almonds
Breakdown for entire day:
1578 calories
48 fats
129 proteins
179 carbohydrates
30 fibers
This is my base calorie and macros goal. Meaning in order for me to function, breath, brain activity/organ function and move (without counting exercise) this is the amount of calories my body needs! So what I do is for meal prep is create a food plan that fits my base goals then depending on my workouts I can add in more calories. On harder lift days like leg training I add more carbs. On cardio only days I'll add more protein and slightly more fats. πŸ€— Tanya

Chinese Chicken Salad πŸ₯— πŸ—
was made tonight for all my babes and was a HIT!! Recipe:
1/2 head of cabbage - diced
1/2 Head of Napa lettuce
2 packets top Roman chicken flavor
2-3 boiled|shredded chicken breast
1/2 c green onion chopped
One small jar of sesame seeds
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup sesame oil
2 T sugar + 1/2 tsp salt and dash of pepper
Crumble Ramon over greens. Mix seasonings with oil|vinegar and pour over all ingredients. Refrigerate and ENJOY! 😚
