This woman has been through a lot, personally, professionally, emotionally, physically. Yet she keeps healthy, stays focused, never forgets her true friends, doesn’t give up and give in when things get hard or frustrating, (forgets to call you when she says she would but that’s okay), never forgets my birthday, makes everything we do together a time to remember. I swear, sometimes, I think she is superwoman. Of course, she’ll complain about her job and her friends and her life but who doesn’t?! She’s human! But she’s one of the best there is and ever will be. @lauren.lane you have been the seed to my sunflower (see what I did there) for 13 years and have never been more proud of you and what you’ve done in life. I freakin love carbs and I LOVE spaghetti. Anyone that knows me knows that pasta is my favorite, but most of it is terrible for you and insanely carb-heavy!! So I found and tweaked an alternative recipe that tastes JUST like spaghetti would but without pasta!! All you need is a package of 93% lean ground turkey, tomato sauce (pasta sauce or tomato paste and water works as well but I found that JUST tomato sauce has less carbs and sodium than either of those), fresh green beans, sweet yellow onion, little Parmesan, and of course salt, pepper, garlic powder (or minced garlic) and Italian seasoning.
