First and foremost, if things are going to change we think have to change.

Next thing, not everyone started out confident and full of hope, but it's not always how you start that determines what you achieve. It's how you choose to finish.

With that, you cannot think you are less than or belittle yourself or doubt yourself if you want to achieve greatness, you have to know within yourself that you have something of value to offer.

If you belittle or doubt yourself it is going to show up in how you express yourself.

I know, not everyone starts off as confident as they would want to but if you believe in yourself and your ability over time the belief that you hold of yourself will eventually create within the consciousness that solidifies what you want to achieve.

Remember, what you express about yourself begins with the belief you have about yourself and the belief hold of yourself is up to you.

Now more than ever you need to be cognizant of the thoughts you are dwelling on as it's the thoughts you constantly think about is what's going to determine the actions you take and what you do is going to determine the life you live.

START SMALL BUT DON'T LET BECAUSE YOU ARE STARTING SMALL STOP YOU FROM THINKING BIG.

In life, some of the prominent achievements happens due to perseverance.

When in pursuit of something meaningful we wouldn't mind that our learning comes via a book we read, a workshop or conference we attend or from someone we encounter, but what happens instead adversity is what becomes our teacher.

Besides, if it's not for the adverse situations we sometimes wouldn't become aware of what we are capable of.

Just because we want more out of life doesn't mean we are aware of our potential, and in truth, sometimes we are unaware of our GREATNESS maybe because of our conditioning. But if we can find it in ourselves to push forward despite adversity, one day we'll look back and will be amazed and more than that, we'll be admired due to our resilience.

Keep going!

So if you want to find out what you are capable of you have to keep going despite adversity. Remember, the adversity is not to stop you but to test you to see if you truly believe in what you said you wanted to achieve.

If you want to be victorious, you need to have a positive mental attitude and because that's important, you want to seek out others who are positive.

On your journey, you are going to find that there are positive and negative people but despite who you encounter on your journey, you still have your decide for yourself what type of attitude you are going to radiate.

No matter what the circumstances are or what happened yesterday choose to welcome each day with a positive attitude.

Each day is a gift and no matter what happened yesterday, you get another chance today to make the best of your day and you'll not make the best if your day thinking negative.

Remember, you are not going to have this time or day another day, so why waste it on self-defeating thoughts anyway.

Start each day with a yes I can attitude and with that attitude, more always will get done.

Remember, to develop a positive attitude, start acting positively.

IT TAKES HAVING A POSITIVE ATTITUDE TO ACHIEVE THE EXTRAORDINARY.

Empower yourself with knowledge because doing so will fortify in you a positive perception of the world.

It is our responsibility to make the most of ourselves and to make the best of ourselves we cannot be indulging in the things that are more prone to take us backward.

To change things and to make the best of what's available to you, personal responsibility is required. Blaming circumstances or others will not make things better.

Don't wait for luck, to be lucky you have to start using what you have and it is very important that you believe you can succeed despite the little you have to start with.

There are people whose hope is to have some of what you are taking for granted and if you truly want to change, your efforts and actions are going to help you to change things.

Everyone has to use what they have, and just as how others have succeeded, you must believe that success is possible for you too.

Remember, there are people who fought for some of what you are taking for granted.

DO SOMETHING DAILY THAT WILL HELP YOU TO BECOME THE PERSON YOU WANT TO BECOME.

It's important for you to know where you want to go.

Bear in mind, it's going through the process is what get the best of some people, and when this happens, they sometimes aborting their dreams and aspirations.

Just for you to know, it's not just your talent nor how knowledgeable you are, but having an unwavering aim that is going to help you to not lose sight.

But what makes where you want to go more enjoyable despite what you may encounter is the love for what you do.

If what you are doing doesn't interest you, challenges, disappointment or the time takes may end up kills your dreams. Don't let it.

The journey towards success sometimes does have unforeseen circumstances on when in pursuit of achieving more than the ordinary. Doing so requires a firm purpose.

Besides, your purpose should transcend whatever challenges you encounter. This means you do lose sight of what you want no matter what.

Nonetheless, if you want to achieve greatness you must love what you do.

If you spend more of your time thinking about the bad experiences you've had, you are killing your future or to ever have a better experience.

By the way, the bad experiences or the pain of your past doesn't make you inferior, but things will only change when you change the way you think or how you perceive yourself as a result of what you've experienced.

What you have to realize, the bad experience also has lessons in them and before think of yourself as someone who is inadequate or lacking due to the experience you've experienced. What you may want to do is ask yourself what could you have done differently the next time around.

It's all about your perspective. There are people who had a bad experience just like you but what I'll tell you, fear not and keep moving forward.

So don't terminate your future by dwelling on the bad experiences of your past.

No matter what, hold firm a positive image of yourself in your mind. By the way, the best is yet to come.

IT'S NOT YOUR PAST, BUT YOUR PRESENT THAT YOU HAVE TO CREATE THE FUTURE YOU WANT TO HAVE.

Don't let because you are not good at what someone else is doing cause you to feel less than.

We all have different strengths, and if you neglect what you are naturally good at to do something else especially just to be accepted, you may end up becoming average in what you were good at doing.

The reason for that is, you stop doing what you were good at to focus on your weakness (what you are not good at) and although that can be considered a good thing, shifting your focus should not be because you think you are inferior.

Remember, it's your strength that is going to help you to achieve the things you want to out of life.

With that being said, there are things that you are not going to be good at and it's okay, but instead of trying to do everything that others are to feel like you measure up, why not try to see how your strength can compliment those around you so you all can achieve more.

Embrace your difference. Stay committed to your difference and make the impact that you can make. Remember, being different doesn't make you inferior.

One of the most important qualities that you can possess is self-respect. Having self-respect is you not allowing others to treat you any way they want to and you accept it.

Despite not being able to control the behavior of others should make you accept their disrespectful behavior towards you. Besides, if you do nothing or say anything about how someone behaves towards you they may feel what they are doing is acceptable.

Other than stating how you feel about a certain behavior towards you, remember you have the option to walk away from anything that no longer serves you, grows you or makes you happy.

In life sometimes you are going to come, acrosss people who may not see your worth, don't lower your standard. Respect yourself enough to stay true to the values you set for yourself and remember, don't trade respect (self -respect) for attention.

SOMETIMES TO GET SOMETHING BETTER IS TO WALK AWAY FROM SOMETHING GOOD.
