How I start my day 6 out of 7 if not every day of the week. A glass of water, a low glycemic smoothie (low fructose, less than 1 cup of blueberries), supplements and not pictured, a @bulletproof coffee. Repetition may sound boring, but I’m addicted to the way this routine makes me feel. Full, grounded, sharp and ready for the day. See previous smoothie post for the recipe. Happy hump day friends!

Leftover florals from a girls brunch I hosted yesterday. So many good vibes.
My workout buddy lately. Who else works out at home? It’s been easier for me to bang it out first thing in the morning rather than getting ready and heading out to the gym. I was bored and my routine felt stale. Sometimes you just have to switch it up. I also really like working out in my PJs. ♀️

My go-to smoothie as of late:
1 cup almond milk
1/2-3/4 cup blueberries
1 cup frozen spinach
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 serving vanilla protein powder
