How I start my day 6 out of 7 if not every day of the week. A glass of water, a low glycemic smoothie (low fructose, less than 1 cup of blueberries), supplements and not pictured, a @bulletproof coffee. β˜•οΈ Repetition may sound boring, but I’m addicted to the way this routine makes me feel. My workout buddy lately. 🀣 Who else works out at home? It’s been easier for me to bang it out first thing in the morning rather than getting ready and heading out to the gym. 1 cup almond milk
1/2-3/4 cup blueberries
1 cup frozen spinach

1 Tbsp chia seeds
