here’s what you need: -1 c. raw cashews -1 tbsp avocado oil -1 tbsp. everything bagel seasoning (available at fresh thyme, trader joe’s, costco, amazon, or make your own at home)
here’s what to do:
1. preheat oven to 325°. in a bowl, combine cashews and avocado oil and stir until cashews are well-coated. then, gently stir in everything bagel seasoning. 2. spread seasoned cashews evenly onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet, making sure cashews aren’t touching. if you think your cashews need more seasoning, sprinkle some more on. 3. bake for 5 minutes, and then gently stir before baking for 10 more minutes. watch your oven carefully for the final few minutes: they’ll begin to brown quickly once they’re finished roasting.
