Attacking every step make you aware of hip posture and glute activation! ✖️Shallow steps also makes front side mechanics harder! 😅 Knees need to climb higher on my end (vid annoyingly never lies! 😑😂) - Maintaining form under fatigue is crucial. Pays dividend when it counts (in the blocks or on the runway!) #MellyMoves

I’m thankful for the original 4 Echard’s, who paved the way for me to raise Echard’s of my own... . Thankful for two young parents growing as we grew, and allowing Jesus to fill every gap and void they couldn’t. . I’m thankful for an awareness that it takes a village to raise a family, and we weren’t exempt. I’m so aware now (as a husband + father) that you need community in and around your family to thrive. .
