Today is @andreacreel’s 3 year anniversary with us and we couldn’t be more proud! She fully encompasses the CrossFit lifestyle, in and out of the box. She is always up in spirits no matter how terrible the WOD is or how bad she feels afterwards.... We will be hosting the Hero WOD “Harvell” on Wednesday July the 4th! Class times will be 5:15am(bodyweight hero WOD), 6am, 8am and 9am(Harvell). Come in and burn a lot of calories with a partner before kicking off your 4th of July celebrations! •
