Adapting equipment to make a lat pull down 🧐 wish the gym had a proper one .. #reversedieting is working weight still dropping while cals ⬆️ 61.2kg this morning.. I don’t want to drop anymore as I don’t want my strength to be affected.. 61.9kg this morning slowly reverse dieting to maintain my weight at around 62.5kg it’s been great working with @shannonsnutrition... dropped 6 kg and have maintained between 61.8- 62.4 kg for 5 weeks now and feeling #strong .

Don’t think it was the best idea to train last night then straight back this morning ....
But I got it done💓 #bench was hard... the last time I pressed 60 was before my shoulder injury so I’m pretty happy with it.. I still don’t feel as strong on bench as I did before I had 1 month of pressing,,
