Back to high bar squats - rehab for my shoulder which has an impingement from overloading ... physio and a course of naproxen .. had to pull out of comp tomorrow πŸ˜ͺ
Praying πŸ™πŸΌ it will me ok for nationals 6 weeks... replacing all my low bar squats with high bar and benching / pressing with pulling /rowing so @uldredd has adapted my training so I can still build strength whilst allowing shoulder to heal .

#sbd day!! Twinged my shoulder with pain on external rotation today so bench was a bit crap!! .

Today I packed up my bag after I failed my 1st set of deadlifts as I had a bad session due to fatigue! How can things feel so amazing one week then like death the following week! Instead of going home I got everything back out and split my deadlifts into sets of 4 rather than 8 and I got through them all!! . Yes the pain is real πŸ˜‚ #emotional #lifter
