“ARE DREAM BODIES REALLY OUR PROBLEM?” Model @khrystyana

Has this idealized image messed with our own body image? And if so, how deeply? The answer is clear and we’ve all been talking about it for years.
Today, I want to bring attention to our little “complainer/victim” voice. This easily accessible voice will always find something to complain about, to compare self to, to blame and shame for our unhappiness. This voice is often loud in my own head and observing how it controls my emotions is a priceless show.
As young and impressionable children, we had big dreams of being a mermaid, a Disney princess, Barbie etc. With the "industry" feeding us such unhealthy body images, let's not hate OURSELVES for wanting to look like them. NOTICE how THAT image still has control over us and how deeply many of us still cling to that one-sided look. But we can not place complete blame on the industry. Stop the damn blame and comparisons that weaken us and let’s take back the only true power that we have - acceptance and love for our body exactly as it is.
You must realize your worth, your stunning, unique external beauty that matches your heroic voice, your unshakable strength!!! Step into owning ALL of you!!! No scars of past has control over you, no images of present does - you are the unlimited image of beauty - show the world and be the muse that you are! - Love you SO MUCH, KhrystyAna #bodypositivity#bodypositive#bodypositivemovement#bodypositivebabe
