I am EXHAUSTED! 😴 Just started re-filming exercises yesterday for one of my women’s strength programs which will be releasing between November- possibly January! 🙌🏼 And I am soooo incredibly stoked! Lol but that also means I am dragging today since I was up until 1:30 thinking about different things to help more women. Ever do that? Lol makes 6:30 come real early. 😬
.
However, I’ve learned that things rarely go as planned so you gotta roll with the punches. So lucky to work with @stedbro_murica. From Re- pinning the green screen, running with scissors, working 3 more hours than planned, going over content and obviously dancing since he is working with ME! 😂 Andddd we’re only getting started! 💪🏼

Exactly where you are now is the perfect time to start. With fear, doubt, pain and uncertainties. Life will only get more complicated. The more you stop and think about every little thing that could go wrong the more you take a step back from what you could accomplish. .

I have plenty of fears. .
.
I worry about things not being the “best” they could be and you know what, it never is perfect. But I’ve found the more I put myself out there as imperfect as I am the more people I reach. The more people I impact. With that small impact I have I believe it creates a ripple effect.
As we choose to be better people the people around us begin to change.

I will never be perfect but I will always strive to be better. 💕

I think we can be so critical of ourselves and our past choices. The beauty of our past, both good and bad is that it shapes us into exactly who we are today. We can let mistakes, heart aches and failures bring us down. Or we can choose to let them shape us into someone better. A person full of kindness and empathy because we have had hard times, too. 💕 .
.
I’m still over-critical of myself, because I have incredibly large goals and expectations for myself. However, I’m not the 22 year old girl in this photo.....I’ve learned so much along the way and I’m so grateful for both the good and the bad. It’s shown me that we all think and process so differently. ❤️

So much work to get done today- and over the last few months to get my weight training guide complete! May be slightly going 😜 70 plus videos, audio, written content and I just got the word we need to re-do it. Uhhhmmm what? Even though I spent probably close to 100 hours I’m ready to re-tackle it if it means better content for YOU! Thanks to @pop_smoke_official and @stedbro_murica for showing me I don’t have to do it 100 percent alone! I have some preeeetty cool friends that I’m grateful AF for! Lol time to grind and discipline myself so I can have some me time Saturday! 💕

I had the most amazing conversation yesterday.
I think so many of us can relate, so I wanted to share. .
.
A girlfriend of mine said she was waiting for the “right time” to get started on her fitness journey. She said she was waiting until she was motivated to get started. She expressed all the chaos in her life and now just wasn’t the best time. She said she would wait until her motivation to come back. .
.
Have you ever felt that yourself? I know I have but I also know, no one is going to create my life other than me. .
.
We all too often wait for our circumstances to change or the perfect opportunity to rise. .
.
But unfortunately that’s just not the case. And you know what? .
Sometimes you do have a harder.
Sometimes you do have more obstacles to face.
Sometimes it is very unfair.
.
.
But at the end of the day we have to be the one that shows up. No one else. .
We have to be the one that takes control and say enough is enough.
.
.
No matter what you’re going through I hope this motivates you to take one step further and say I am capable of making a better life for myself. I’m good enough for change no matter what is going on in my life right now.
.
.
We all have bad days. We all have obstacles to overcome. We all have wished things would be different. We all wonder why things didn’t work out.
.
.
But now is the time. Now is the time to create your life and not be victim to it. No more waiting let’s go! .
