Women especially in India fear working out while periods go on. I used to get those foolish thoughts as well that I will suffer from hormonal imbalance if I workout in periods lol or my body won’t be able to recover at all. But now it’s very important to know the fact that YES WOMEN CAN WORKOUT DURING PERIODS and it gives a lot of benefits like: It reduces PMS Symptoms like fatigue & mood swings because working out keeps us positive as endorphins which are happy hormones are released post & during workout which keeps our mood great! Also endorphins are natural painkillers which can reduce cramps too & bless us with less painful periods! Sounds great right? Also, there is no scientific reason which asks us to avoid working out in periods at all because there is no harm, of course! Working out is always going to make us feel better, strong, confident & more energetic than ever! Though, in very exceptional cases, if you’re someone who suffers from severe unbearable pain or uncomfortable heavy flow, avoid intense workout at least for the first two days. At least try to go for a light walk or do basic yoga. Trying to move a bit more might help you go away from worse periods conditions slowly & gradually. Also, consult with your doctor if you can’t move at all during this time. So, ladies don’t let your periods be an obstacle or an excuse for saying goodbye to exercise for the next 3-4 days. Follow the same routine. Always treat fitness as a long term thing & try to be as consistent as you can because its never ending & temporary! Periods are just an obvious part of our life and will be for long so don’t put an unnecessary break in your fit lifestyle every month just because of it. 💯✔️ Sanitary Napkins from @newfeel_india help me workout amazingly indeed & do not even give me that uncomfortable feeling while exercising because they are thinner, softer & simply better! Despite periods, I am able to workout as normally as I do or maybe even more intensely! 😉 Happy Fitness Ladies! ❤🤗 #fitfam#fitspo#fitness#workout#feminism#cardio#yoga#periods#lifestyleblogger#blogger#influencer#athlete#nutri
