Challenge taken @thesweatboxinc Wow 🤯! That exercise is no joke. It’s hard for sure. The longest I was able to hold the plank was for like 5 sec. I have not even tried my left arm. Thanks for the challenge. ️♀️
I am getting back on tract and back to my daily routine. Sometimes in life you have things that happen that can cause set backs in your life. Your attitude will determine how you manage to move forward. Use your set backs to refocus, build strength and create positive change. Pick yourself up and get back on tract.
Push up day -
5 Yoga push-ups
5 regular push-ups
5 tricep push-ups
5 wide push-ups
5 knuckle push-ups
Repeat as many times as you can. Push yourself and then the next time you do push-ups increase your number of reps and sets.
