Seeing as we missed #vanillamilkshakeday yesterday we’re celebrating with this delicious Vanilla Milkshake Smoothie bowl
1 x 120g Vanilla Nush
1 x large banana
1 x tbsp Maca
1 x scoop of vegan vanilla protein
Generous splash of @plenishcleanse cashew milk
Blend in a blender until smooth, we love our @ninjakitchenuk . Pour into a bowl and top with buckinis, pumpkin, sunflower seeds, a generous serving of AB swirled in and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Now excuse us while we demolish this bowl of creamy, delicious, vanilla heaven.

Almond Nush contains up to 20% almonds...that’s the equivalent of a good handful of nuts. Almonds are great for post work out as they contain more protein and fiber than most nuts you find at the supermarket. On top of this they are rich in riboflavin and vitamin B2, which is an essential nutrient for producing oxygen-based energy in the body which helps build muscle after a big work out. Just tucking into a big old slice of this beauty we made with @missemmawalsh on Tuesday during our time at @thebiglondonbaketooting . They were so accommodating and made sure our bakes were dairy, gluten and refined sugar free. Cashewmus and Falafel on #Worldfalafelday is giving us all the feels. It's so simple, delicious and so flavoursome, we love pairing this with some carrot, cucumber and red pepper sticks, a fresh green salad and some @emilycrisps veg crisps for a really delicious lunch time feast that everyone will love. If you're giving #MeatFreeWeek a try then you really should give this a whirl; you'll be as obsessed as we are.
For the Cashewmus
1 Tin of Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 Tbsp of @meridian Tahini
1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp of Natural Cashew Nush (Natural Almond would work well too if you prefer ) Half a jar of Roasted Red Pepper (or roasted yourself if you have the time)
3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Tsp of Paprika
Generous dose of Sea Salt
In a food processor (we used our @NinjakitchenUK chopper) add the chickpeas and process for a minute or two before pausing to add the tahini, spices, garlic, seasoning and red peppers and blending again till smooth or at the desired consistency. Serve in a big bowl and top with sweet potato falafels and a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
