Inspired by @rezzs_fit_life waffles yesterday and followed her lead 😍🙌🏼 If I do eat pancakes/waffles/processed foods I always do it post workout when glycogen stores are low. So hopefully these bad boys will go straight to them BOULDAAAS!

Friday night necessities 💕
Convinced all one needs in life is some wine and pancakes...and peanut butter😉
Went to target to get their wine (I mean look at the bottle cmon so cute) and got some Kodiak cakes too which I haven’t had in FOREVER!
Highly recommend as it only has 2g of sugar and the macros are bomb 🙌🏼 (53g for 1.5F/35C/8P)

Let’s talk fear foods.
Pasta, bread, chips/salsa, ice cream, etc....even though I would eat a different food with similar macros, I would be scared to eat pasta in fear that somehow it would make me get off track 🤷🏼‍♀️ like somehow rice=good and pasta=instant fat gain.
Welll I’m here to say it won’t friends! That’s not how nutrition works. As long as you aren’t eating the entire box of pasta you will be ok!! So lunch today: pasta shells✨

And avocado 🙌🏼 soooo delicious and good combo of veggies+fats+protein+carbs.

I guarantee your oats taste 10000x better when straight out of the peanut butter jar 🙌🏼 To track I just place the peanut butter jar on the scale and then scoop out whatever PB is left in there. See how much there was. Replace. And that’s it 💕
