Today is #CerealDay! We have to confess that we are serial cereal eaters and can't get enough of the stuff! 🥣 If you want to whip up your own healthy chocolate granola, give this recipe a try...
🔥pre-heat the oven to 180C
🥄 mix the following ingredients together in a large bowl
🌟3 cups rolled oats 🥥1 cup shredded coconut
🌰1 cup of nuts (whatever you have to hand, walnuts or almonds work well)
🌱1/2 cup chia or flax seeds 🌊pinch of salt
🌴1/2 cup melted coconut oil
🍪1/2 cup cocoa powder
🍨1/2 tsp vanilla extract
🐝1/2 cup honey
👨‍🍳once its well mixed, spread the mixture across baking sheets on baking paper, bake for 15 mins then mix and bake for a further 15 mins then leave it to cool. Add🍫1/2 cup chopped ohso chocolate. Store in an airtight container and enjoy with milk or with a dairy free alternative. 🥣
