Something local and something not so local. I love getting as much produce as I can from the farmers market but I’m also so grateful for the fact I can buy a coconut. Coconut meat and water, strawberries, Ashwaganda, sea salt, ice.
This was a first time experiment that turned into a major hit. Grilled some farmers market nectarines. Made some homemade vanilla lemon mascarpone (gonna try a vegan version next time). Drizzled with pomegranate molasses. And topped with a deconstructed crisp topping (basically the top of a fruit crisp but made separately like granola)
FREE FOOD! If you know someone who’s having a tough time or needs some extra love in the form of a homemade loaf of bread or salad or pie or cookies I’d love to pass on some nourishment their way. This someone could be YOU. Or a friend. Family member. Whoever. This is the first of hopefully many so DM me who you think would be deserving—just more a why. (Obviously you don’t need to name the person.) 🍽❤️🍽
