Training back today. Trying to focus on the lower part of the lats by using reverse grip. First execise reverse grip lat pull down. Last set with partial reps to failure. Second exercise V bar pull down. Again with partial reps at the end of my working set. Next up reverse grip barbell row in smith machine again to failure in my last set. Low cable row with reverse grip and last exercise straight arm rope pulldown. 7 sets with partials at the end trying to mimic #FST7 training style. Start of the second day of legtraining. Back2back. First day focus on calves and hams. Second day focus on quads!! 4 sets of leg extension with last set to failure. 4 sets of shoulder width stance squads last set to failure. Sissy squad.
