I see so many people rep a million pull ups in 10 seconds.... Try this more efficient way to build grip strength and to also isolate the lats much better!
Pause for about 5 seconds and then power up!
The dead hang will preactivate the lats because it is being stretched so intensely during the hang. Make every rep count. Every rep is a chance to make your body better. Don’t waste that chance. @maximpacttraining @monty_fit_ @krisfittt
