For #worldmentalhealthday, I wanted to share quite a personal spread I use when things just don’t feel ok. The biggest thing that holds me back is having fear of losing control, or dealing with problems I feel I cannot solve alone. This little chart reminds me how I can take back control when I’m feeling anxious, and that even when some factors in life can’t be changed, there’s always something you can do to flip the situation into a positive one. Take back control of your destiny, and pick a path. #itsokaynottobeokay 💜
