#9weeks out update - Woke up with a brand new body and it surprised the hell out of me. Never would imagined the hard work, sacrifice, dedication, and especially discipline it takes to change your lifestyle. When you have a gym family like @physiquesgym you’re always in-line with your purpose and yours goals. Internally when you think you don’t have it, low and behold, they will pull it out of you. 🙏🏿 We train with the best coaches in Arizona. The work is not finished yet... to be continued👀
Train your mind to see good in every situation. Then you’ll see a better life unfold day after day. It won’t ever be “butterflies and rainbows” we will always acquire some push-back if you’re seeking greatness!
